About Us

Not all those who wander are lost. J.R.R. Tolkien

Like all great odysseys, ours began by accident! An accident which first sparked a small idea; then rapidly became a conviction—a belief that the fusion of artificial intelligence and human creativity could transcend the traditional boundaries of marketing.

Our inception was not without its skeptics. The marriage of AI and marketing was, to some, a dissonance. Detractors questioned the feasibility of harmonizing machine learning’s rigidity with the fluidity of creative marketing. Our Founder, Gillian, however saw the rhythm in this discord. With some coaching and finesse, she believed AI could be leveraged not to confine our creativity; but to amplify it. It would not replace the marketer; it would empower them. Our founding principle was grounded in the belief that AI is the instrument, and the human heart is the composer.

In that accidental journey, Broken Glass Ceiling Marketing was conceived. Our mission from day one has been as simple as it is sublime: to transform basic, sterile client cultivation and development into an artisan craft. Every brand we partner with, every campaign we initiate is treated for the unique culture, context, and intended customer base – not to be templated, but to be tailored.

This is a chronicle about building community, not just client list.

MEET THE TEAM

As Founder and SheEO of Broken Glass Ceiling Marketing, Gillian’s story will sound painfully familiar to many successful entrepreneurs. She spent hours each week cultivating brand ambassadors and expanding her customer base, she set ambitious growth targets and went after them with unwavering passion. In the beginning, the fast-paced energy was exhilarating as she engaged with clients and prospects, receiving positive feedback that only fueled her enthusiasm to push for MORE! However, the relentless grind eventually took its toll. Gillian’s energy waned, leading to feelings of anxiety and stress about the future of her brand. This new reality tempered her optimism as project timelines started to stretch and her competitive edge dulled. She learned firsthand that a tired version of herself is not her best. Reflecting on her father’s advice—‘Don’t fight the ocean; learn to move with it’—she realized the importance of adaptation and letting go of outdated ideas. Gillian comes from the ‘lost and found’ marketer bin. At the forth grade career fair she didn’t choose Marketing as her field, life chose it for her. Twenty years later (while still 29 years-old!) She loves chasing new ideas and reinventing better, smarter, cooler ways to do old things. Gillian lives in Raleigh, NC
