Set-up, Schmet-up…

The #1 question, complaint, ahhhhh I get from clients is “Why is there a set-up fee on my order? Can that just be waived?”

Sadly, like the jiggle on the back of my thighs, set-ups are real and here. When creating something special and unique and custom for our clients, there are steps to do that, tools we need to achieve the final product. Like a curling iron. That’s it, think of set-ups like a curling iron.
